Panipuri Masala

Sonet PaniPuri Masala is used to enhance the taste of “Pani” which is used in the panipuri dish. Pani has added to the fried wheat-based puris along with other tasty fillings. The “Pani” seasoned with SonetPaniPuri Masala gives a delicious taste to the dish.


    Steps For Making Pani Puri:-

    • For 100 puris add 2 large tbsp of sonet pani puri masala in 1 ½ litre of water and mix it well.
    • Add salt-ginger-peppermint-green chilli paste, mix the lime to taste.
    • Keep the water covered for half an hour, let it cool, strain it, serve with chopped boiled potatoes and Bengal gram with sonet chaat masala to taste and serve with chopped onions and coriander leaves to fill it in puris.
