Pavbhaji Masala

    Steps For Making Pav Bhaji

    • Add 2 large chopped onions in 2 to 3 large tbsp of oil and fry till roasted.
    • Add 2 large chopped tomatoes, chili powder, 1 large tbsp sonnet pav bhaji masala, and salt to taste. Roast it now.
    • Add 500 to 600 grams of boiled vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, capsicum, brinjal), cook for 2-3 minutes, put a tbsp of butter, and sprinkle coriander on top.
    • Serve with hot buttered pav and onions served with lemon.
