Boil 500 grams of potatoes, cut and fry until golden color appears. Extract in a bowl and let it cool. Add 2 tbsp fudina sauce, big spoon of lime juice, half inch ginger grated, 1 chopped green chili and salt to taste. Mix them well. Sprinkle one large spoon of Sonet Chat masala and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it fresh. Taste of many kinds of fruits and green salads can be enhanced by sprinkling Sonet Chat masala on them.
