Chhole is known as one of the most liked and nutritious dishes of north india. An “out of the world” blend of 17 pure spices, this is one of the most liked blends in the sonet collection. This blend has a great balance of taste and flavor and imparts a distinctive taste to chhole which are made from chickpeas. Sonet chhole masala also blends very well in many curries, giving them an exquisite aroma, increasing its taste and flavor.
Take 200 grams chickpeas, soak them overnight, boil the same and keep it aside. Add 3-4 chopped onions in 4-5 large tbsp of oil, cook until becomes golden, add 2 tbsp chili powder and coriander powder. Add 2 large tbsp Sonet Chhole masala, cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame, add 2 chopped tomatoes, 5-6 green chilies, 1 inch finely chopped ginger, add salt to taste. Now pour the boiled chickpeas, cook for 10 minutes, add Sonet Chat masala to enhance the flavor, serve with puri, salad and rice.
