Sonet meat masala can be used to make any meat dish taste out of the world with its best flavors of all freshly blended spices in it.
Wash and clean 500 grams of meat. Marinate the meat with paste of 2-3 onions, 1 tbsp paste of ginger, garlic paste, 3-4 tbsp curd and salt to taste. Marinate for 2 hours. Cook 2-3 finely chopped onions in 3-4 big spoons of oil. Cook till onion turns brown or crisp. Now add the marinated meat in the pan and add 2-3 tbsp of Sonet Meat masala. Stir for 6-7 minutes. Add a glass of water. Now pressure cook it for 10-15 minutes. Now, sprinkle fresh coriander and serve it hot with roti and rice.
