Sonet sabji masala is a popular blend made with high quality and freshly ground spices that comes in handy in preparing many indian sub continental dishes, usually different sabjis.
As always along with your ordinary masala, add 500 grams of cooked vegetables and 1-2 tbsp Sonet Sabji Masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Cover it for some time to get appetizing smell of masala and to enhance the taste. Serve it hot with roti and rice.
